The proposed Six-Day Quality Improvement Programme (QIP) aims to enhance faculty proficiency in essential data tools and foster innovative pedagogical practices. With rapid advancements in data-driven decision-making, it is crucial for educators to stay updated on technologies like Excel, Tableau, SPSS, and Power BI. The first three days will focus on foundational to advanced training in Microsoft Excel, data visualization using Tableau, and statistical analysis through SPSS. The next two days are dedicated to building competency in Power BI for interactive dashboards and business intelligence. The final day will involve subject-specific course plan presentations by participants, integrating the tools learned into their teaching methodologies. This hands-on QIP is designed to promote outcome-based education (OBE), strengthen research facilitation, and enable technology-enabled teaching practices. By empowering faculty with practical knowledge, the QIP supports continuous professional development and aligns with the academic goals of innovation, excellence, and industry relevance in higher education. Based on these findings, it is clear that there is a strong need to conduct a comprehensive and insightful event that addresses these knowledge gaps and inspires students to explore the use of these tools to enhance their teaching learning skills in the classroom.
